Our action-packed Summer Camp is all about fun, friendship, and unforgettable experiences—designed for individuals with disabilities ages 16 and up. With single-day registration, you can pick and choose the days that match your interests. Whether you’re soaking up the sun at the beach, splashing at a water park, swimming in the GHR pool, or enjoying awesome on-site activities with our expert specialists, every day brings a new adventure!
Each Summer Camp day at GHR is centered around a fun and engaging theme that brings an extra layer of excitement and creativity to the day. In addition to enjoying a specialist-led activity and time to cool off in the GHR pool, Ranchers will participate in games, crafts, and experiences inspired by the daily theme. From superheroes to pirates to tropical luaus, each day offers something new and imaginative—Ranchers are always encouraged to join in the fun by dressing the part if they’d like!
Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9:30AM to 3PM, and lunch is included—just bring your excitement and get ready to make memories that last all summer long!
2026 rate: $220/day. 2027 rate: $275/day

Week One: June 15 - 19
Monday 6.15: Super Hero Day at the Ranch. Dress as your favorite hero and save the day through action-packed games, challenges, and teamwork adventures—made even more exciting by a special visit from the local heroes of Fire Station 65 and their fire truck. AM Swim. Chicken Tenders & Sides.
*Tuesday 6.16: Hollywood. Museum of Illusions & Giants House. Step into a world of mind-bending exhibits and larger-than-life fun with interactive illusions and oversized rooms perfect for photos and laughter. Picnic Lunch
*Wednesday 6.17: Golf N Stuff. Enjoy two hours of unlimited fun with mini golf, go karts, bumper cars, and bumper boats—something exciting around every corner! Picnic Lunch
Thursday 6.18: Moorpark Zoo. Get up close with amazing animals while exploring the zoo and learning about wildlife from around the world.Drop off at Kanan & Agoura Rd. Picnic Lunch
Friday 6.19: Animal Day at the Ranch. Animal-themed activities, crafts, and fun facts about wildlife, highlighted by a special visit from Love on a Leash therapy dogs—offering calming connection, gentle interactions, and plenty of tail wags. PM Swim. Corn Dogs.
Week Two: June 22 - 26
Monday 6.22: Zuma Beach. Soak up the sun with a relaxing beach day full of sand, surf, games, and ocean breezes. Picnic Lunch
*Tuesday 6.23: Tour of Dodgers Stadium. Go behind the scenes at the iconic ballpark, exploring the dugout, field, and exclusive areas while learning about the team’s rich history. Picnic Lunch
Wednesday 6.24: Rec Day. Start the day practicing swings at the driving range, then head indoors for an afternoon of bowling fun with friends. Picnic Lunch
Thursday 6.25: Dinosaur Day at the Ranch. Travel back in time with fossil digs, dino games, and prehistoric fun while digging into hands-on learning about soil, plants, and the environment with Tree People’s Traveling Dirt Doctor. Hamburgers & Sides
Friday 6.26: Dave & Busters. Spend the morning at GHR and in the afternoon play your heart out with unlimited access to a variety of non-ticketed arcade games in a high-energy, interactive setting. Italian Subs
Week Three July 6 - 10
Monday 7.6: Color Day at the Ranch. Explore the rainbow through bright activities, vibrant games, and creative projects while getting hands-on with Imagine Arts Academy Imagine Arts Academy in a fun, Crayola-inspired art class. AM Swim Sloppy Joes
*Tuesday 7.7: Minions & Monsters. Enjoy a special private movie experience with everyone’s favorite mischievous Minions—popcorn and laughs included! Chicken & Pasta Salad
*Wednesday 7.8: Casitas Water Adventure. Cool off with a day of water slides, splash zones, and lazy river fun at this exciting water park. Picnic Lunch
*Thursday 7.9: TCL Chinese Theater Tour. Step into Hollywood history with a guided tour of this legendary theater, famous for its celebrity handprints and iconic movie premieres. Picnic Lunch
Friday 7.10: Halloween in Summer Day at the Ranch. Enjoy not-so-spooky fun with costumes, treats, and festive games, plus an upbeat, high-energy dance fitness session with Dancing with Nancy. AM Swim. Walking Tacos
Week Four July 13 - 17
Monday 7.13: Wild West Day at the Ranch. Saddle up for western adventures and meet fascinating reptiles up close in an exciting, interactive presentation with Paramount Reptiles. PM Swim. Chicken Tenders & Sides.
*Tuesday 7.14: Rainforest Cafe. Dine in a tropical jungle setting surrounded by animatronic animals, waterfalls, and fun rainforest sounds. Lunch at Restaurant
Wednesday 7.15: Sky Zone Trampoline Park. Bounce, jump, and flip your way through a high-energy trampoline park with plenty of space to move and play. Picnic Lunch
Thursday 7.16: GHR Spirit & Mess Day at the Ranch: Get ready to get messy! Enjoy a day full of slime, goo, and laughter—plus the chance to turn the tables and cover staff in the fun. AM Swim. Summer Salad
*Friday 7.17: Train Ride to Carpinteria. Take a scenic train ride to the charming beach town of Carpinteria and enjoy a sweet treat at a local ice cream shop. Picnic Lunch
Week Five July 20 - 24
Monday 7.20: Christmas in July Day at the Ranch. Beat the heat with holiday cheer, summer-style Christmas celebrations and crafts while creating your own handmade paper using recycled materials in a hands-on workshop with Merideth. AM Swim. Pizza Party

*Wednesday 7.22: Santa Barbara Zoo. Explore beautiful zoo grounds while visiting a wide variety of animals in a relaxed, coastal setting. Picnic Lunch. Drop off and pick up at Kanan & Agoura Rd.
Thursday 7.23: Disney Day at the Ranch: Step into a magical world of beloved characters and stories while exploring rhythm, instruments, and self-expression with an interactive session from Music Matterz. AM Swim. Chicken Tenders
*Friday 7.24: Dreamer Boat Ride. Set sail on a harbor cruise to enjoy ocean views, fresh air, and a peaceful time on the water. Picnic Lunch

Get a behind-the-scenes look at a real working studio and discover how movies and shows come to life.Monday 7.27: Tie Dye Day at the Ranch. Design your own colorful tie-dye creations and get moving with a fun, high-energy dance fitness session led by Dancing with Nancy. AM Swim. Corn Dogs
Tuesday 7.28: Space Explorers Day at the Ranch: Blast off into cosmic adventures with galaxy-themed fun while unleashing your creativity in a guided art session with Create Art Studio. AM Swim. Chicken Patty Sandwhich

Monday 8.3: Pirate Day at the Ranch. Set sail on a swashbuckling adventure filled with treasure hunts and games, along with an engaging, interactive music experience with Music Matterz. AM Swim. Walking Tacos

Friday 8.7: Mideival Times Day at the Ranch. Journey to a world of knights and castles with royal quests and crafts while creating your own unique glass piece in a hands-on workshop with Fireglass Studio. Hot Dogs
Week Eight August 10 -14
*Monday 8.10: Movies (show TBD). Heads to the movies for a fun and relaxing outing, complete with popcorn, big-screen entertainment, and time to enjoy a favorite film with friends! Picnic Lunch
*Tuesday 8.11: Neon Retro Arcade. Step back in time and enjoy classic arcade games in a nostalgic, high-energy environment. Picnic Lunch
*Wednesday 8.12: Circus Day at the Ranch. Step right up for a day of silly, high-energy fun with circus games, performances, and laughter. Connect through movement in an expressive dance class that encourages creativity, confidence, and fun with Sacred Spectrum Dance. Hot Dogs
Thursday 8.13: Annenberg Community Beach House. Relax and play at this beautiful beachside facility featuring a splash pad, beach access, and open space to enjoy the day. Picnic Lunch
Friday 8.14: End of Summer Luau Day at the Ranch. Celebrate an amazing summer with music, games, treats, and time together to wrap up camp with lots of fun and memories! Pizza Party
