It all started with one simple question… “How can we stay healthy and have fun doing it?” The answer is GHR Track Club! Our first track club session was a success!
Participants worked hard doing warm ups, running, testing their limits, and cheering on their peers. Thank You GROW for donating the delicious healthy snacks and thank you to all of the awesome participants that came to work up a sweat!
